近期，中央网信办等四部门联合发布《关于开展“清朗·网络平台算法典型问题治理”专项行动的通知》。此次专项行动主要面向网络平台算法应用安全，进一步深化互联网信息服务算法综合治理。

近日，四部委联合印发《关于促进数据标注产业高质量发展的实施意见》，提出“到2027年，数据标注产业专业化、智能化及科技创新能力显著提升，产业规模大幅跃升，年均复合增长率超过20%”的发展目标。

当前，全球人工智能技术正处于飞速发展期，以生成式大模型为代表的新一代人工智能技术正在快速迭代并以迅猛的态势向各行各业渗透。从长远来看，人工智能技术的出现及其表现出来的巨大潜力，将使人类社会产生深刻变革，也将给人类社会带来重大的历史转型。

数据低成本复制的特点又决定了，在扩大数据流通范围的同时，随之而来的是安全威胁与风险的加剧。统筹好发展和安全，建立健全数据流通安全治理机制，提升数据安全治理能力，以安全促发展，才能为推进数字经济高质量发展提供坚实的基础。

国务院总理李强日前签署国务院令，公布《公共安全视频图像信息系统管理条例》，自2025年4月1日起施行。

Security and privacy experts have questioned a new demand from the UK Home Office on Apple’s encrypted iCloud service

A vulnerability was found in dayrui XunRuiCMS 4.6.3. It has been classified as critical. Affected is the function import_add of the file dayrui/Fcms/Control/Admin/Linkage.php. The manipulation leads to deserialization. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2025-1177. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. Furthermore, there is an exploit available.

A vulnerability was found in GNU Binutils 2.43 and classified as critical. This issue affects the function _bfd_elf_gc_mark_rsec of the file elflink.c of the component ld. The manipulation leads to heap-based buffer overflow. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2025-1176. The attack may be initiated remotely. Furthermore, there is an exploit available. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
